TEAM MEMBER PRACTICE LEVELS

GOLD: Swimmers that are legal in all 4 strokes. Focusing on speed and endurance.

​

SILVER: Independent swimmers that are striving to become legal in Butterfly and Breast Stroke.

​

BRONZE: Swimmers that can successfully complete 25 meters in both Freestyle and Back Stroke. Focus will be on building stroke technique.

​

COPPER: Swimmers that are not yet competent in the water.
